Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. representing the State-respondents.
Having regard to the nature of assertions made in the writ petition, it appears that the issues between the parties may be settled through the process of mediation.
Accordingly, list this case on 28.10.2021, on which date, petitioner as also respondent No.3 shall present before the Court.
The presence of respondent No.3 shall be ensured by the Station House Officer concerned.
We make it clear that presence of respondent No.3 is being required before this Court on the next date only for the purpose of ascertaining as to whether she is agreeable for getting the issues between the parties resolved through the process of mediation.
Since a chance is being taken to get the dispute between the parties settled through the process of mediation, we provide that till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with the impugned First Information Report dated 06.10.2021, lodged at Case Crime No. 0348 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Ajgain, District Unnao.
