The office is directed to verify as to whether the lower court record has been received or not and in case the lower court record has not been received as yet, the office is directed to take immediate steps for summoning the lower court record.
However, in case the lower court record has already been received, the office is directed to prepare the paper book and thereafter list the appeal for hearing before the appropriate Court at an early date.
In the meantime, since it has been informed that Sri J.S. Sengar, learned counsel, who was appearing for the appellant has now expired, let notices be also issued to appellant to engage another counsel to argue the matter on his behalf. Office is directed to initiate immediate steps in this regard.
