JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants & learned AGA & perused the materials on record.
The applicants by means of the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with the prayer that their bail application in case Crime No. 688 of 2009 under sections 363/366 I.P.C. P.S. Akbarpur District Kanpur Dehat be ordered to be considered expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below. Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA, it is directed that that if the applicant no.1 surrenders before the courts below within thirty days weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application in the aforesaid case shall be considered and decided by the courts below expeditiously if possible on the same day in accordance with strict provisions of law and in case the applicant no.2 appears before the court below and applies for bail, her bail prayer shall be considered and decided same day in strict compliance of the direction given by full Bench of this Court in the case of Smt. Amrawati & another Vs. State of U.P. (2004) (50) A.C.C. 742 which has been approved by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P. 2009 (2) (Crimes) Page 4 S.C.. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
