By the order dated 23.02.2018 this Court has directed registry to obtain the consent of the proposed Arbitrator in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act.
In view of the aforesaid, the consent of the proposed Arbitrator has been received which has been placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the sole Arbitrator may proceed in the matter for which this Court find appropriate to fix the matter before the Arbitrator on 20th August, 2018 at 02.00 pm.
The parties may inform about this order to the Arbitrator. The application is allowed.
