JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 1 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42315 of 2019 Petitioner :- Rajender Pratap Singh And Another Respondent :- State Of U P And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Tarun Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard Sri T.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 to 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.7.2019.
By the representation dated 20.7.2019, the petitioner has prayed for some injunction against the private respondent nos.5 and 6 who according to him are interfering with the possession of the petitioner. It transpires from the record that the petitioner had earlier instituted a Civil Suit being O.S. No.247 of 2007 seeking permanent prohibitory injunction against respondent nos.5 and 6 and others who are defendants in the said suit and there appears to be decree passed by the court below in favour of the petitioner.
In view of the above, no writ lies under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for enforcement of the decree. However, it is always open for the petitioner to get the said decree enforced by initiating execution proceedings.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed and consigned to record.
