The petitioners apprehend that after notices have been issued under Section 67(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 07.03.2018 for removal of their constructions, the same shall be demolished.
Learned Standing Counsel however, submits that unless orders are passed after the issuing of notices no demolition can take place.
Under such circumstances it is being directed that the petitioners may file their replies to the notices which they might have received. No demolition shall take place with regard to plot no. 302 Kha, and 420 Ka unless orders are passed under Section 67(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. If petitioners file their replies, proceedings shall be concluded within 90 days.
The writ petition is disposed of.
