Heard learned advocate Mr. Baghel for the applicant.
This is a successive bail application. It is stated that amount of fine imposed by the trial Court is not paid. No change in circumstances is pointed out. Copy of order annexed with the application indicates that the Hon'ble Supreme Court requested the High Court to decide the appeal within one year from the date of communication of the order while dismissing the appeal preferred before it. Learned advocate Mr. Baghel is unable to state whether the order is communicated to this Court.
In view of above, the application is dismissed.
Registry is directed to place Criminal Appeal No.1665 of 2010 for final hearing if it is ready for hearing.
