At the outset Shri Suved Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in this case applicant has been acquitted by the trial court and as such, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
Learned A.G.A. does not oppose the said contention of the learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the statement made by Shri Suved Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, the application is rejected as infructuous.
