The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jhansi, the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jhansi and the order dated 06.01.2016 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jhansi.
It is evident from a reading of the impugned orders that the rights of the parties have yet not been decided by the Consolidation Courts on merits and a decision on merit is still pending before the Consolidation Courts. No final order yet has been passed and the petitioner shall have an opportunity to argue his case on merits before the Consolidation Courts.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
