The Official Liquidator shall produce the relevant extract of the account to be maintained by him under the Companies Act read with the Rules of winding up of Mardia Steel Limited. The account in any case shall be produced for the period from 30.10.2008 to till today and a copy thereof shall be supplied to Mr.Maradia, party-in-person, on or before 31.08.2012. If Mr.Maradia, party-in-person, wants to offer his comments he may submit such comments by filing affidavit or otherwise on or before 05.09.2012 and a copy shall be supplied to the Official Liquidator as well as to Mr.Hemang Shah, learned advocate appearing for the ARCIL.
