Sri. Anil Lalla, counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner submits that certain typographic mistakes have crept in the affidavit and requests to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file better affidavit.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
