After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the applicant to assail the order dated 30 November 2018 passed in compliance of the writ Court order.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
