As per the order dated 26th December, 2012 passed in the captioned application, Criminal Appeal No.1665 of 2010 was directed to be fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 21st January, 2013. Accordingly, this appeal is posted on board for final hearing and now being adjourned to 07th February, 2013 at the request of learned advocate Mr.Baghel as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.L.R. Pujari.

In the aforesaid view, since the appeal is already listed for final hearing and is kept on 07th February, 2013, for that purpose, present application need not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
