Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 3 of 2018.
Heard Sri Mr. Girish Chandra Pant, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the C.B.I.
This is an application for correction of the order dated 11.9.2018. The correction application is allowed as follows:-
(i) "S.T. No. 05 of 2017" appearing in the first-second line of fifth paragraph of the aforesaid order is deleted and the same shall be read as "Special Case No. 05 of 2017".
(ii) "Offence of Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC" appearing in the fifth line of fifth paragraph of the aforesaid order is deleted and the same shall be read as "Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988".
