Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By above correction application, learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to some typographical error, 'Section 323 IPC' has been wrongly transcribed as 'Section 325 IPC' in the prayer clause as well as in para 13 of the affidavit. He seeks permission to correct the prayer clause of the application as well as para 13 of the affidavit by replacing 'Section 323 IPC' in place of 'Section 325 IPC' and also seeks same correction in the original order dated 1.2.2019 to the extent that in paragraph No.2 of the said order, 'Section 325 IPC' be replaced with 'Section 323'.
He is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause as well as in para 13 of the affidavit.
Accordingly, order dated 1.2.2019 is corrected to the extent that in paragraph No.2 of the said order, 'Section 325 IPC' will be read as 'Section 323 IPC'.
The correction application is allowed.
