JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application has been moved for short term bail/parole on behalf of applicant Rajeev Pandey @ Raju @ Bobby who is accused in case crime no.02 of 2010, under Sections 307, 504 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Sehson, district Etawah supported by an affidavit of pairokar.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the marriage of the applicant Rajeev Pandey @ Raju @ Bobby is schedule to take place on 19.6.2010.
Copy of the invitation card has been filed as annexure no.1 to the affidavit accompanying to short term bail application. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and after perusing the material on record, this Court is of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on parole for a period of one month from today.
Let the applicant Rajeev Pandey @ Raju @ Bobby involved in case crime no.02 of 2010, under Sections 307, 504 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Sehson, district Etawah be released on parole/short term bail for a period of one month subject to his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each of Rs.1,00,000/-. It is further provided that the applicant shall report before the Police Station concerned every week. The applicant shall surrender after expiry of one month before the concerned Police Station. Copy of the order be given to learned counsel for the applicant on payment of usual charges today.
