JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.21437 of 2012) This is an application for correction of order dated 07.02.2012.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is that in last line of para-3 of the order, it appears that due to typographical error the sentence "having more marks than the opposite party no.5" has been transcribed, whereas it should be transcribed as "opposite party no.9 belongs to general caste category".
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
In the last line of para-3 of order dated 07.02.2012 the sentence be read as "opposite party no.9 belongs to general caste category."
