Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 and Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
Today when the matter is taken up, it is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that in case, the grievances as has been raised in the present petition, has been raised by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 by way of representation, the respondent no.2 will certainly look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in the matter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objections if the grievances of the petitioners will be considered within a time bound period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to move a fresh representation along with all materials and documents with a certified copy of this order before the respondent no.2 within a period of three week from today. If such a representation has been filed, the respondent no.2 either himself or relegating the matter before the competent authority will decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
