Heard Sri R.K. Ojha, learned counsel appearing in support of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
The sole prayer pressed on this petition is for the prayer of the petitioners for regularisation being attended to and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Collection Amins Service Rules 1974.
Sri Ojha points out that none of the petitioners have crossed the maximum age of 45 years and therefore further proceedings in light of the decision in Devki Nandan and 17 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others reported in 2018 (7) ADJ 334 need not be undertaken.
He further points out that consequent to a policy decision taken for a onetime measure being adopted for absorption of all Seasonal Collection Amins, adequate number of vacancies exist in District Bijnore and the claim of the petitioners can be duly considered.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid issues including the claim of the petitioners for absorption and regularisation shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the fourth respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claims of the statement noted above.
