This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.11.2019 in Case Crime No. 386 of 2019, under Sections 447, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Bilsi, District Budaun.
Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State- respondents submitted that the chargesheet has already been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
