JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant, through the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer that his bail application in case crime No. 45 of 2013 under Section 302 IPC police station Dibiyapur district Auraiya be ordered to be considered expeditiously, if possible on the same day by the court below.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction that the bail application of the applicant in the aforesaid case crime number may be considered and decided expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law after hearing the Public Prosecutor.
