Heard Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anoop Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, on the basis of instructions, that after allotment of plot no. 182 the possession thereof was handed over to the father of the petitioner and after the death of the father of the petitioner, the name of the petitioner has been mutated, there is no need to issue any direction to the Kanpur Development Authority to hand over the possession of the said plot to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
