In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not issue to the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia to decide the Divorce Suit No. 163 of 2019 (Rajeev Kumar Gupta Vs. Smt. Shimpi Gupta) u/s 13(1), (1-a), (1-b), (1-A-II) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
