1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing Case Crime No.178/2016 under Section 364 I.P.C., altered under Section 366 I.P.C., P.S. Shivgarh, Raebareli.
2. The victim of offence has not been impleaded as a party.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh while impleading the victim of offence as a party.
