1. Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, stated that petitioner is still working and no order adverse to his interest has been passed till date by Competent Authority, hence, in view of peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition at this stage.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
