This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of charge sheet dated 17.01.2012 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.1980 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No.574 of 2011, under sections 381 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Meerut.
Heard applicants' counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
At the very outset learned counsel for the applicants says that he does not want to press the prayer with regard to quashing of the charge-sheet. The only submission made by the counsel is that there is some application moved in the Court below dated 05.05.2013 but no orders have been passed upon the same and some direction to expedite the disposal of the same may be made.
In the light of the submissions made by the counsel this application so far as it seeks quashing of the charge-sheet, stands dismissed.
However, it is being directed that if there is some such application dated 05.05.2013 as has been pointed out by the counsel and no adequate orders have been passed upon the same, the Court below will look into the same and and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously.
