JUDGMENT / ORDER

The submission of learned counsel for the claimants/respondents is that on account of the record having been summoned in this court, he is unable to get the benefit of the award and no payment as being made. He has therefore, prayed that the record be sent back for the time being and may be recalled after some time. There is no opposition to the above prayer. Accordingly, office is directed to return the record to the lower court which shall be sent back within 6 months.
Application allowed.
