JUDGMENT / ORDER

Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record.
As prayed, put up this matter on 6.2.3014 as fresh to enable the learned Standing Counsel to seek instruction in the matter as to how the petitioner is being relieved from his post at Jhansi pursuant to transfer order dated 8.5.2013 when the same has been cancelled by the order of the Chief Engineer dated 26.7.2013 filed as Annexure SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Learned Standing Counsel will also seek instruction whether by the order of the Chief Engineer, any other order has been passed modifying or changing the earlier order.
