The petitioner is a lottery agent. His grievance is that even though there has been substantial increase of lottery tickets in the State, the second respondent failed to increase the number of tickets allotted to him in Ext.P2. He approached the second respondent by Ext.P3 which is pending. 2. In view of the pendency of Ext.P3, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
