The present writ petitioner is not supported by an affidavit of the petitioner and as such is not maintainable. As per record, the present petition also not in accordance with law as laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in petition relating to Public Interest Litigation.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdrawn the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Prayer made for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
