This Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the orders dated 30.05.2016 and 19.09.2011 passed by respondent nos. 3 and 4 and further prayed to direct the respondents to shift the petitioner from district jail, Ghazipur to District Jail, Deoria.
None appears to press this petition, though, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
It appears from the order-sheet that the matter was listed on 15.05.2018 and 22.05.2018 on which dates, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sent illness slip. On 22.05.2018, the matter was directed to be listed peremptorily, hence, the matter is listed today. Even today, learned counsel for the petitioner has sent illness slip.
In view of the same, We are not inclined to entertain the illness slip which is sent today.
This Petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, rejected.
