Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 8.8.2017 whereby learned Magistrate taken cognizance vide order dated 13.4.2018 in S.S.T. No. 280 of 280 of 2018 State Versus Sonu and others under sections 323,504 I.P.C. 3(1) Gha 3(1) Da ya S.C.S.T. Act P.S. Pidhaur district Agra arsing out of Case Crime No. 0017 of 2017 pending in the court of Special Judge, S.C.S.T. Act.
It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners will regularly appear before the court and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.I Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited and it will be decided within one years, if possible, in the spirit of the provisions of the Act without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in case the proceedings are not stayed by any other court.
Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
