JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to afford necessary police protection to the petitioner and his wife to live in house No.V/172 of Kuttampuzha Panchayat and do cultivation in the 80 cents of land.
3. Petitioner's case is that he was put in possession of two rooms in the house on the agreement dated 07.01.2013. He submits that using undue influence private respondents are threatening the petitioner to be evicted from the house and damage will be caused to the properties.
4. On going through the reliefs which are sought in the writ petition, we are of the view that the remedy of the WP(C) No. 27072 of 2014 -:2:-
petitioner is to approach Civil Court and seek reliefs including the relief of putting him into possession, if he has any such right.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
