1. Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2014, under Section 304B IPC, Police Station Badagaon, District Varanasi.
3. First information report version is that applicant hit his father with Fawda causing serious injuries resulting his death. Informant is the elder brother of accused. Evidence of witnesses has supported first information report version. Hence, looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
