Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants in case crime No.217 of 2019, under Section 308 I.P.C., Police Station Hasayan, District- Hathras (Mahamaya Nagar).
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants bearing in mind the recordal in the case diary the statement of the victim who while still undergoing treatment has identified these very applicants as the persons who had assaulted him. The Court further bears in mind the nature of grievous injuries which have been inflicted.
In view thereof, the prayer so made is denied and the application stands rejected.
