Proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act are reported to be pending before the competent court. This petition virtually seeks injunction during the pendency of such proceedings.
Once the proceedings are pending before the appropriate authority, this Court would not be inclined to entertain a writ petition only for the purposes of granting interim protection. Prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived.
The pending application for restoration as also the proceedings under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act would be concluded, expeditiously.
