This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur to decide 6C application filed in Original Suit No. 1323 of 2017 (Rajesh Vs. Mithai Lal & Others) within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur to decide 6C application filed in Original Suit No. 1323 of 2017 (Rajesh Vs. Mithai Lal & Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
