The applicant has approached before this Court to direct the court below to decide the case no.96 of 2017 (Sri Rajesh Verma @ Yaswant Verma Smt. Anjali Verma) under section 127 Cr.P.C. P.s. kakadev District Kanpur Nagar pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar within the stipulated time.
The argument is that application of the applicant under section 127 Cr.P.c. is pending before the court below since 29.9.2015..
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the same within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order..
