Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner had applied for stage carriage permit before the Regional Transport Authority, Meerut on 19.3.2018. The sole prayer in this writ petition is that her application for grant of permit be considered by the Regional Transport Authority.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the application of the petitioner, if filed in accordance with law for grant of stage carriage permit, be considered and decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law, whenever its next meeting is held.
