Present criminal revision is filed by the revisionist for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 16-11-2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/FTC-I, Fatehpur in Criminal Revision No. 88 of 2016,Sita Ram Versus State of U.P. and another and also for affirming the Judgment and order dated 17-06-2016 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Fatehpur in Misc. Application No. 441 of 2015, Sita Ram Versus Bhura and another under sections 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station-Thariyon, District-Fatehpur.
The revisional court has passed a remand order after taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case in detail.
No case for interference by this court is made out. The revisionist is dismissed.
