Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the instant revision, the revisionist is targeting the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur in Criminal Misc. Case No. 216 of 2018 (Rajesh v. Dr. Harendra Dev and others) under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Line, District Jaunpur.
This Court has carefully gone through the record, submissions of the learned counsel for the rival parties and order impugned and consciously holds that there is no infirmity, illegality or impropriety in the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur.
The revision lacks merit and is, accordingly, rejected.
