This proceeding, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed by the applicant, Rajesh Singh, with a simple prayer for a direction for expediting disposal of complaint case No. 243 of 2017 (Rajesh Singh vs. Satyendra Singh and others), pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur, under Section 452, 354-B, 323, 376, 511 of Indian Penal Code of Police Station-Kotwali, District-Fatehpur.
Right to speedy disposal is a right of every litigant. Hence, this prayed request is being granted by directing learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur, for making endeavour for early disposal of above criminal complaint case, provided, there is no legal impediment.
With above observations, this Application stands disposed of accordingly.
