(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) After the matter being mentioned for urgent hearing and civil application for vacating stay being pressed, adjournment was sought on behalf of M/s.Trivedi & Gupta by learned counsel Mr.Uday Joshi. He submitted that arguments cannot be advanced today on account of personal difficulty of learned counsel. Therefore, hearing is adjourned to 31.01.2013, as suggested by learned counsel, with the stipulation that, if on that day hearing cannot take place, interim relief granted earlier and operating till now may stand vacated.
