JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.374 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.374 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready and he seeks time to file the charge sheet.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court grants two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.374 of 2013.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
