By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to conclude and decide complaint case no.13111 of 2016, under Sections 323, 452, 354 and 392 I.P.C. and 3(i) (x) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S.Sector 39, NOIDA (Gautam Budh Nagar. The matter is pending since 2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to conclude and decide complaint case no.13111 of 2016, under Sections 323, 452, 354 and 392 I.P.C. and 3(i) (x) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S.Sector 39, NOIDA (Gautam Budh Nagar expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
