The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-6/C 1188, applied for temporary permit on the route Madathara-Odanavattam in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-3/J 7374 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-6/C 1188 on the route Madathara-Odanavattam in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-3/J 7374. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL -3/J 7374 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if three is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while WPC.No.31535/2014 : 2 :
considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered.
Writ petition disposed of as above.
