Sri A.T. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh as inadvertently the particulars of respondent no. 4 has wrongly been mentioned as Satyaveer Singh in place of Smt. Sita Devi wife of Ram Bali.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the F.I.R. to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining a copy of the same.
