The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.621/T- 20185060702259 (Rajesh Vs. K.M. Ram) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Azmatgarh Sagri, District Azamgarh may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.621/T- 20185060702259 (Rajesh Vs. K.M. Ram) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
