On 10.01.2019 mining lease was cancelled under Rule 77 of the U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963, against which statutory remedy is provided.
In view of the aforesaid, it would be open to the petitioner to assail the impugned order by filing an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Revenue.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
