JUDGMENT / ORDER

M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.
ub When the matter came up for hearing on 24.03.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner returnable by 12.04.2017 and list the case on 12.04.2017. Accordingly, the Registry was served the notice to the petitioner and list the case on 12.04.2017.
2. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2017, by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, the petitioners have not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through their counsel. It is made clear that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
